The goal of the Infrastructure Management Program and Rolling 5 Year Infrastructure Management Plan is to evolve infrastructure management to a technical process in which staff develops and recommends priorities to the City Council for their review and approval.

The new policy would be used to identify projects and develop schedules in the following programs:

* Street Maintenance
* Drainage Maintenance
* Sidewalks
* Traffic Signals
